Your statement must be clear and direct using your plan, it headlines your plan and impresses directly on to the formless energy. This is not for vain repatitions but a clear statement of exactly what you want and how you see your self when it arrives. Keep it simple, your not interested in the how or the why just what you want! thats it, it is the universes desire to give it to the person living in the certain way - you should never worry about how or your efforts will be fruitless. Just be prepared to accept it when it comes.

GOALS

Nothing can ever be achieved without a thought and definately without knowing what it is you wish to achieve thus goal setting is the direction pointer that sets you in the right dirrection. Now that you have goals, that you believe as they are attainable but not restrictive you can simply read them daily or three times a week to realign yourself in that direction taking care not to overwhelm yourself with the world outside.

AFFIRMATIONS

The way we talk to ourselves can make a positive impression on our thoughts actions and help us believe through repetition in turn becoming faith. It must mean something the stronger the feelings the stronger we feel and this tells our subconscious mind; this is something we really want and would make us so grateful. Transformation is part of life, the true self is that, that doesn't change! Growth is in everything we see in the universe its natural free flowing and constant, that witch doesn't grow must struggle wilt and eventually die. Affirmations are designed to keep us on track towards something by implanting our transformation into our subconscious mind which is our automatic self to insure the change is permanent. If we haven't put the right program in, yes we will fail. If we don't believe, yes we will fail. If we criticise ourselves or the process, yes we will fail. learn to think right, especially to yourself and watch what happens, it just puts a smile on my face thinking about it.

 

Find some affirmations, or make some up. Place them in places you look at daily, on your phone send emails to yourself everyday even a key ring! it must be meaningful and you must first expect it of yourself and over time the growth will be like a flower as the seed in the dark place seems to be invisible but after 30 days the sprout will occur with much pleasure and amazement, then its seems like growth is occurring daily. Be patient give it time and have faith that all is working in your favour don't stunt your growth by being impatient, this can lead to negative feelings like disappointment that shift all the good away from you.

 

Your personal affirmations should resonate with your purpose, dreams and goals then used in repetition every day to access the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind takes about 30 days for anything to become permanent but don't stop there, you are creating a new you and the old you is a creature of habit. The habits you have now have been formed and used over years, decades and even longer so remember if you want a new happier successful you; it takes some time to form new healthy habits.

 

Some affirmations can also assist with blocks you make have, say you have been brought up thinking money is hard to come by? then simply use "money comes frequently and easy to me" and use repetition to set a new belief system within yourself. New beliefs aren't in fact new, we once thought the world was flat! We also change or understanding of lots of things and our new beliefs become our reality. The power of thought is so strong that we don't even know how to do something just thinking we are going to do it is proof that you can.

The mind is so amazing!

 

When we visualise the brain send an identical message to the parts of the body as if we are actually physically doing it. Then if we visualise with the feelings associated with the vision, we then have enacted the law of attraction as the grateful happy and contented feelings only attract more of that into your life. This vision stuff much gave deep feelings attached to it and must be constant, to simply day dream cannot make any impression on the formless stuff that is to bring these things propelled toward you.

 

The instruction bellow is a simple way to visualise your dreams with formless.

Firstly you need to be ready, a quiet place no distractions with the readiness to enjoy the experience:

 

1. Close your eyes and picture the energy within you and start to expand it. Expand it into the room you sit and then out to the house, beyond the house into the surrounding neighbourhood and down to join all towns & cities. Then expand it to the state or province you live in and make it cover all the country you live in, now take it around the world and when covered like a fine mist take it out to the moon, into the universe through space and past jupiter until you see a white light. This light is source energy and here you can connect with source.

 

2. Start to visualise the life as you want it, your dreams held with such feelings of joy as if they were yours now and you are enjoying them. If you desire a new car, take that car for a drive feel the engine roar and the wind in your hair. You must feel this to visualise and your feelings must be good ones. After going through this please make sure you take particular note of small details just as you would when it arrives and be thankful & grateful that these things are on the way.

 

3. Hold that feeling with you as it can be recalled in your working day to connect you with realisation it is on its way and when it comes you can accept it. 

 

Go on in your daily life but always remember to be grateful it is on its way and need only know it is and the how is for the universe to work out. You can visualise a relationship, financial state, bank balance or anything just the way you want it.

You must use spare time to visualise in all its detail but during the day while you are working you need only remember the feelings you had that put a smile on your face, this is the way we manifest from source with ease and realistically attract anything into our lives.

GRATATUDE 

THANK YOU/

 

On many occasions I have used gratitude to draw better things toward me and in some cases change the future outcomes that would have normally been bad. This works and is amazing I cant explain the thanks for that alone!

 

The Key to Gratitude is more about the depth certainty and honesty involved, if your planing to say thanks 100 times a day and make a difference then don't bother. I spent some time going through 100 things a day I am grateful with no success, it wasn't until I deeply felt a connection and things really resonated with me and I was truly grateful that results would appear almost instantaneously to my surprise.

 

We all have so much to be thankful for really its just something that we cant take for granted. Our evolution supplies many things that previous generations didn't have but through original thought and innovation we are quite comfortable. In 2015 even the most average life requires such a substantial amount of money to pay for these comforts. These comforts have become a result of the stage of development we are at presently and in many cases its just for our own good but no one knows what is for our good. Governments and large companies have strategically made there way into our lives our houses with bills, fines even the technology and appliances we must have! Thats ok, thats were we are at presently and nothing can change that so don't get frustrated or upset with governments of businesses they are the ones that are running the industrial and social systems that will bring you your wealth and success. Its only been a few hundred years where countries would rule with blood taking possession of other countries through blood, so we've come a long way. Many countries are becoming or embracing a democratic system, over 50 in the last 30 years so just accept where we are today your negative energy here wont get you anywhere!

 

Ok so you need to be grateful, what makes you happy? Be grateful you have the means and ability to do this. What about the thanks for a job that enables me to feed my family and live in a house with Tv's and internet. My Children and the people they have become? Your gratitude can cover across the body, mind and soul but must be something ultimately you have deep gratitude for. This is no choir and will as the law of attraction suggests, attract more into your life and this will be accumulative so the steady consistent gratitude will eventually attract into your life the dreams and desires you have.

 

As with all change we have some trouble accessing the subconscious mind or making this repetitive affirmation become consistent into our lives but i can assure you it gets easier and more fluent almost effortless after a month but remain strong in mind and don't give up!

FORGIVE

MOVE ON/

 

As we are talking about attracting into our lives, you could imagine if we are hurt, stubborn, wronged or even disappointed with someone it would be near impossible to feel happy, joy or even love. These feelings can play a major role in your happiness but after many years of resentment you may have so much negative energy it may take sometime to let go.

 

I have also a stubborn streak so when someone is really bad and wrongs me, I take it personally and even though I said I moved on, there is much anger deep inside me that can reappear especially when other things aren't going right.

 

This is raw pain and its existence is really a frequency that will attract you nothing but more of the same until you forgive and let go. I have read many stories about victims and families of victims of the most terrible crimes against humans. These people get help and this help stems from the basic principle of them having to understand, process and move on; not for anyones sake but there own. When such traumatic things happen to humans a coping mechanism takes over and this in itself is a ride of ups and downs until finally some external assistance is required to help. Some extremely stubborn and deeply hurt people cant ask for help and go through life a sort of half life never really living to anywhere near there capacity. There belief is for the worst and they guard against themselves or those close to them taking even the smallest risks in fear of a similar thing happening again. This perception they have can cause others to think of them as distant thus many close relationships just don't form.

 

Forgiveness and dealing with your personal blocks can change your whole life in over 1000 ways, for the better. Health, Wealth, Love, Business, Finances all improve and your whole body feels lighter and what you will become to know as a higher level of true happiness not a mask or half hearted attempt.

 

So to forgive there are a few steps I have found useful:

 

1. Understand how this has affected you

2. Think about what the reasons the other person could do such a terrible thing

3. Write down whats sort of life this other person must live and how yours is so much more of a contribution to community and humanity.

4. Ask your self then; what would it take for you to forgive them once and for all and then move on having no further feelings on this matter once understood, dealt with.

5. Make a promise to remember all this and swipe left if any negative though on this matter pops in your head.

 

There is nothing wrong just simply dealing with a negative traumatic thing, processing it then clearing it through forgiveness and moving on. Don't think by doing so you will be in any way remembering a loved one or place/time in your life. You are simply taking the negative part out and only the good remains and this good can make you only happy.

THE CERTAIN WAY

LIVING/

 

Living in the certain way is best described by imagining two people in your neighbourhood, in business doing almost the same thing but one flourishes and is wealthy beyond compare and the other fails to make ends meet.

 

Anyone can succeed it is not determined by location, education, intelligence or even upbringing - it's simply not what you do or who you are but in fact; the way you do things.

 

So what is this way? As with the law of attraction people are attracted to those where they get a sense of increase. Each and everyone one of us no matter what, want more, more knowledge, more money, more love this is inherent in all human beings. People will do business and help those if there is a sense of increase present. Before I understood this I had many successful business and I put it down to everyone loves a winner, we secretly look to others success and this lets our desires know its possible. 

 

The sense of increase can be also described as a person whom you meet for business or socially whom when you leave you don't know word for word what they said but you know it made you feel amazing.

 

You must want everyone to to better, this is definitely one way to convey increase to others. No matter what your connection weather giving directions, to selling something in a store or even to someone you meet socially give them the sense of increase and more will want to business with you.

 

Another important part of living in the certain way is value, you must always give others more in use value in proportion to the dollar value you receive from them. If I was in business this would be very important to do and if a transaction didn't provide more in use value to my customer I should not do it, as by not providing more use value it wont be long before the business eventually dies out. I will give you three very different examples of this here:

 

1. The hospitality business, a customer comes into my restaurant -  the ambiance, decor and service makes him feel special then the food comes out and its quality, creative, fresh and well thought out I learn something about seafood I didn't know it's a somewhat educational experience in a gastronomic sense. The staff are so attentive and our night is a memorable experience, so much so the price has no relevance - I believe I have given the customer more in use value because he has had a unique personal night out with innovation and flair in a stylish and well though tout setting. The value was in direct proportion to what he wanted and  I have not wronged him, but if he came into a average room with rude staff and he was served frozen overcooked seafood and when he complained his words were brushed off and the bill was the same - he has been wronged and the value is clearly gone.

 

2. A book is written about gardening - a person buys the book because among other things they want to cultivate a home garden and enjoy flowers, vegetables and herbs. The paper and materials including photos may not be worth $1, the book sells for $29.99. The person that purchased the book has learnt about seasons, mulching and organic compost and the joy and use value of this book was well worth it for this person. Alternatively a sales person in the store sold the book to a customer wanting to grow a rare jade vine that requires specialist knowledge they would have wronged this person and provided no use value at all.

 

3. Sales business -  Ok this ones a good one because sales people need to make sales to make bonuses and thus sometimes they might be selling to make the sale instead of providing use value.

Regardless of what you sell it needs to be something that creates more growth, if its a competitive product for resale and demand is great and margins are made by all, great!  If it's a new item and your not sure it will sell or cant offer refunds if it doesn't then you can see that no one grows and this is not great for use value to anyone. Store sales are different because people are coming to you with great need of something and even if you up sell a model or two you have not wronged them as they have great use for the product and will get much use out of it. But is for some reason you coerce someone into purchasing something they do not need you are basically going backwards and your ability on the creative plain will be lost for some time.

 

Speaking of creative, there are people whom attain much by being creative in setting very high innovative standards, and then there is the competitive world were scramble to take a piece of something already there or someone else's. Anything attained on the competitive plain is yours today and someone else's tomorrow. Anything gained by creativity is yours forever, if we are to grow expand and follow the laws of the universe we must create.

SUCCESS/

 

Everyday everyone does certain acts, in our personal life, at work or in a social setting our individual acts and lives broken down into small pieces can transform us into successful people quite simply.

 

If a higher percentage of acts per day are done in an efficient manner then we have made that a successful day, if all our acts are inefficient then you can see as we go on over weeks, months and years we cannot have a successful life.

 

Think about each act as being efficient or inefficient, do each day only the work required for that day in an efficient manner - do not worry that yesterdays work was done in a efficient manner you job is to concentrate on the now! Do not project your thoughts into the future as it is not hear yet and this will only tend to start mental cross currents that will indeed stop the attracting of what you want.

 

Think about your day and all the things you do? start to, in the now mark them as efficient or inefficient - if you do more or all efficient acts you cannot help becoming successful it is as mathematically certain as to add 2 + 2 and only get 4.

 

Never worry about yesterday and don't ever think in the future, you are not to hurry or do more than what is required today. The law of attraction is based on a certain way and balance and to work yourself to the bone and do tomorrows work today will only unbalance your movement.

 

All your acts are included here, cleaning the dishes to making a phone call for work to having quality experience with family - just make them all count and tick them off as efficient and if all you acts are efficient you cannot fail.

 

If by chance there are inefficient acts, quickly move on and ensure you do not spend any time thinking or worrying about it - if you do it will only bring more to you as the universe acts on your thoughts. Be definite and shrug and failures off quickly and move on.

 

There may be some times where inefficient acts start rolling in, this is because you are going to fast or are working from behind or the future. If you feel this simply stop and steady the ship remembering this and start again. This may be required a few times as your subconscious mind gets used to the changes you are now implementing to become successful.

MOOD

Your mood is one simple way to bring more good towards you. Everything in the universe is made up of the same thing, formless substance is energy. When someone dies we lose over an ounce of weight, not fluid emissions but energy leaving the body this is medically proven.

Our frequency must be right for us to receive all we have asked for, it also makes us feel great and allows internal healing to be receptive. 

 

When your having a bad day it can start with a single incident then we expect the worse and guess what we get it again and again until we shift our mood and stabilise again. Ok we are infinite beings in bodies, human characteristics come in a positive and negative form. Non of us are all positive nor all negative its more that we shift from the positive to negative usually because of something has happened in our circumstances. Its not until we understand or become aware that our lives are created by our minds not our circumstances that we are able to identify negative characteristics or moods and shift them as soon as possible allowing good to be attracted again. I am not saying you should always be happy, well yes I am! There are always exceptions to the rule, take anger for instance? you may be angry at someone for failing to be respectful of basic human rights to others! You should just get to know these feelings good and bad so you know where you are at the present time.

 

There is also some smaller things that we people get frustrated with all the time and also people that criticise all the time. Condemnation, Criticism and being judgemental will not only stop the creative process but it will drag you away from that which you desire. This is hard in todays world, imagine on a daily basis how many people from work to family criticise people, politicians, business etc this is one of the harder ones to face.

 

Use some of your affirmations to help keep your mood in the positive, sayings like "if its not fun we don't do it" (Jack Canfield).

 

We also need to develop an enjoyment in doing everything, play time is so important. Forget the old adage that you need to work hard for money thats old school, you need to be happy, live a well balance life and believe!

HEALING

BE WELL/

 

There are many types of healing, we live for the body mind and the soul no one is better or more important than the other. 

 

Emotionally to be in harmony we must be in love with ourselves, we must forgive those whom have wronged us and free ourselves to express our souls to be fully functioning in the soul. To hold grudges and anger will only perpetuate these feelings and through our whole alignment out and leave us feeling dissatisfied and hurt.

 

The body needs good health, food and rest to operate at optimum only then can we feel balanced. Our bodies are millions of cells that recreate and in a matter of years all cells have been replaced thus having the building blocks well fed and rested is of utmost importance if we are to make the necessary changes we desire.

 

The mind as with the body and soul must develop and grow, intellectually we must have interests, books to read, the internet to investigate and learn new things. We must talk with like minded individuals and having a mind that is operating and expressing itself with freedom is in itself a form of alignment.

 

Many people have been hurt emotionally, even on multiple occasions and then they carry this with them for a long time and some for life. Manifesting a new you starts with focusing on one thing "The NOW" forget the past, the future isn't here yet and worrying about it will do you no good but concentrating your energy on the NOW will only guarantee you achieve your inner most dreams into reality. Note: only forget about the past if you have come to a place of genuine healing and forgiveness about the wrongs and emotional hurt you have had. I thought many times I had moved on but it kept rearing its ugly head and I had then realised I couldn't let go and needed further help to deal with these things. It was like I was so hurt and stubborn that letting go was to much so on the surface it seemed dealt with but eventually negative forces creep back in or negative circumstances made them reappear again. Remember that understanding why these people did this to you and that they do not have the ability to be free and happy like you, even the fact that they cannot live a life full of bliss because they are like that and forgive and let go. Get firm with yourself and say "I am not going to let this thought ruin my life anymore" every time it pops in your head give it no thought simply set it aside and dissolve it - or think to think of it any further as a sin of epic proportion and eventually your inner mind will get the message and you can forgive and move on, your future new self relies on this.

 

Another hurt that can occur is to do with the body, an injury that makes you feel helpless. You think that its out of your control you feel helpless and it really builds resentment and anger inside you! This can also drag you down emotionally as it goes on and on wearing away at your resilience. Like emotional hurt it can really cripple you in ways most don't understand and your life can feel stunted and growth seems so far away. This requires a multilateral approach that includes noting what does work and doing more of that until you come up with a permanent solution, but as with the law of attraction the mind can also assist in helping to manage your pain and also with the emotion hurt that you have created that is making it harder to overcome through shear negativity and disbelief.

FOOD

Nutrition is one area of holistic healing that has become more widely used in people with disease or chronic illness. Food has the ability to boost immune systems, increase white blood cells and once digested make certain chemicals in the body that can actually fight disease. 

​

Superfoods, I mean the real ones not the ones your probably marketed to about have the most effective properties in the human body that can regenerate cells development and reverse certain health problems. I class a superfood as an organic raw food with 5x nutrient value of regular foods.

​

I have been a chef all my life mainly because my father was a restauranteur but after working in nutrition and understanding what food can do to the human body it changed my life forever. Im more interested in what the food does after it is digested than what properties it has in its original harvested state.

​

Organic is definitely the way to go, most foods we eat have 4 times the recommended amounts of pesticides and carcinogenic compounds for consumption. GMO foods have been used to yield better crops or prevent mould or the use of carcinogenic compounds having to be used, and whilst a lot of testing has taken place Im still not willing to pass judgement as they are used on some of the most commonly consumed foods on the planet like; Potatoes, Rice, Tomatoes, Corn just to name a few.

INSPIRED THOUGHT

ACT ON ME/

 

Inspired thought can appear at the most random times, it is basically a computer spit out of all the data, gratitude and plans you have put in. The universe hears your call and through the formless original substance that is in all and flowing through all, it starts to present lines of which your dreams can come to you through this thing called inspired thought. 

 

The ideas may be mind blowing, jaw dropping or plainly obvious either way its in exact proportion to your plan and vision. Some Inspired Thought could contain one or more steps that lead you to your vision.

 

The main thing to do is act! thats if its Inspired Thought! Sometimes other wild things pop into your head and can be seen to be Inspired Thought but they are not related, especially if you are naturally an ideas person.

 

The way you can tell it is inspired thought is by testing it against your Plan, Vision or dreams & goals - If its clear that its in the direct relation to getting you closer to your vision then you must act, failure to do so may be detrimental to you progress. Nature is friendly to you and the formless wants you to have those living in the certain way all they need to express themselves but many refuse to act thus the process almost needs to go around again and this can be frustrating if you have been blocking yourself and needed to reprogram a stubborn subconscious mind and this is where many give up! You should not give up! We are at a stage of social evolution where we have become very conditioned by the world around us and inspired thought can be seen as something else, we are human after all but trust that your fears, disbelief and negative thoughts will change once you see the amazing transformation taking place in front of your very eyes.
