Personally I really have had situations in my life with hind sight I really can't believe the the un-tapped power of love. Ive personally done the most ridiculous and completely un-rational things because of love! Good or bad it has an energy un matched by anything else! Its so much stronger than anger which aligns with the positive energy being ever present and evolving unlike negative energy that does not expand.
Love is all there is!

Love expresses itself in many forms
We do live on three planes of existence - Mind, Body and Soul so in relational-ship sense:
Mentally - we connect intellectually, we are able to express ourselves freely and enjoy listening to someone on this level. There is growth, you become more knowledgable or think about things in a different way, you become more. We become more and together our bond becomes one, this can also be a mural respect for someone you have a great deal of admiration for intellectually, there are so many types of love but here I'm talking about with ourselves and the ones we choose to love for now.
Physically - We find someone attractive, this is the most confusing and misunderstood planes as it we all show people we love how much we love them, by physically making love to them or showing affection so sometimes we get chemicals released on this plane alone that are what I would class, here today - gone tomorrow. There is positive and negative in everything on earth or character has positive side e.g. Powerful, confident and forceful would be positive characteristics and lazy, dogmatic and selfish are the negative side. The negative of anything is the positive's opposite, or taken to the extreme and in some cases a very perverted form of it. The negative side to this plane and love are things like - Lust - Sexual gratification - the are selfish inward on ourselves and whilst very common in society, also very shallow.
Emotionally - everyone loves to be cared for! not just in the physical sense but emotionally. It defines some of the greatest characteristic of all and can affect our moods, body and brain in the most dynamic ways for very little output. Someone that goes out of their way to show you something, or does something for you is basically say "I care about you" you know it and you can't help but feel good, its as mathematically certain as to add 1 + 1 and get 2!
so we we live for the body mind and the soul no one is better or more important than the other. We must be expressing all freely to have a very powerful love.
The foundations of any relationship is Honesty & Trust these are very hard to mend once broken for you at the present time with the present understanding.

The most important love? is the one with oneself, this can effect your capacity to heal, your mood, your success and finances, the ability to learn, your relationship with all those close, near or that come into contact with you. This one needs to be tip top!
